3M Accuspray Atomizing Head Refill Nozzles for PPS 2. 0 are designed for the 3M Accuspray paint gun and PPS 2. 0 Spray Cup System. Replacement nozzles come in a range of sizes so you can spray numerous applications with one gun. The red 2. 0 mm size is ideal for heavy-duty applications like gelcoats, adhesives, undercoats and industrial coatings.
Refill nozzles can be used 5 to 10 times, then removed and replaced, giving you the performance of a new gun on demand and at a fraction of the cost. 3M Accuspray Spray Gun System with PPS 2. 0 is a convenient all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering and spraying paint materials. Unlike with conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. And with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. You can increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems. PPS 2.0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance and wider lid fluid spout.
